USPTO Patent Drawing USA and Canada Objected Patent Drawings USA and Canada

Patent drawings help the examiner understand the minute features of an inventive product, technique, or design. With many jurisdictions requiring drawings in utility and design patent applications, applicants must follow all of the IP office's criteria. USPTO have several rules related to Patent Drawings in the USA , failing to which can lead to Objected Patent Drawings . Some of the reasons for objections are: 1.      Line quality that is too light to be reproduced (all lines and letters must be heavy enough to allow acceptable reproduction) or unintelligible text (reference characters, sheet numbers, and view numbers must be plain and legible).
